Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or participating in The Bloom Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. What The Bloom Room Is

The Bloom Room is a once-per-month live group call focused specifically on batching marketing content, including (but not limited to) Instagram content and email content.

The Bloom Room is designed as a live working session, not a course, coaching program, or one-on-one service.

2. Live Attendance & Missed Calls

The Bloom Room operates on a live participation model.

Attendance at the monthly call is the participant’s responsibility.

If you do not attend a scheduled Bloom Room call for any reason, you forfeit that month’s session.

There are no refunds, credits, reschedules, or make-up opportunities for missed calls, regardless of reason, including but not limited to:

Scheduling conflicts

Client work

Personal emergencies

Travel

Illness

Each Bloom Room call stands alone as its own monthly working session.

3. No Make-Ups or Retroactive Work

Missed Bloom Room sessions cannot be recreated, repeated, or made up at a later date.

Participants do not receive alternative sessions, private reviews, or retroactive content support for missed months.

The Bloom Room is not designed to “catch you up” if you fall behind.

This policy exists to protect the integrity, energy, and structure of the live group experience.

4. Complimentary Access Period

Some participants may receive a complimentary access period (e.g. 3 months) as part of a promotion or offer.

Complimentary access holds the same terms as paid access.

Missed calls during the complimentary period are still considered forfeited.

Complimentary access does not carry cash value and cannot be extended, paused, or transferred.

5. Ongoing Membership & Billing

After any complimentary access period:

Bloom Room access may continue on a month-to-month basis at $399/month, billed automatically.

Participants may also choose an annual pass at $3,599, billed upfront.

All payments are non-refundable.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling prior to the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a month-to-month Bloom Room subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future charges only.

No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused time or missed calls.

Annual pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Additional Services

Bloom Room members may be eligible to purchase half-day (4-hour) Marketing Mastermind sessions.

These sessions are available exclusively to active Bloom Room members.

Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Purchasing Bloom Room access does not guarantee availability of mastermind sessions.

8. No Guarantees

The Bloom Room provides strategy, guidance, and structured working time. Results may vary based on individual effort, consistency, and implementation.

No guarantees are made regarding business growth, bookings, revenue, or audience size.

9. Modifications

The Bloom Room structure, pricing, or availability may be updated at any time. Existing members will be notified of material changes when applicable.

10. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in The Bloom Room, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
